Founding Partner and Chairman of Gala Capital, member of the Board of Directors of Bacardi Limited and Chairman of Bacardi España, S.A., former member of the Board of Directors of Cintra and member of the TowerBrook Capital Partners Advisory Board.

  • Double degree: Bachelor in Business Administration and BA in Law by the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3). MBA with honours from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He started as a lawyer in Uría y Menenédez. Analyst with Merrill Lynch (2000-2003) in London and Madrid  in the FIG, M&A and DCM groups. Ernesto joined Gala Capital in 2005.

  • Bachelor in Economics from the Madrid Complutense University and Université Libre de Bruxelles. CFA® Charterholder. He started his career as an Analyst at Credit Suisse. From 2000 to 2004 he was part of the Corporate Finance team at Credit Suisse in Zurich. Leopoldo joined Gala Capital in 2004.
